AFC was pleased to play a major role in this sustainable co-housing project in Courtenay.

As construction managers we helped the owners meet their goal of high-quality, sustainable construction while remaining cost effective. Throughout the planning and construction of the 36 half-duplex homes we worked together with the diverse group of owners, paying special consideration to the sensitive habitat surrounding the project, especially the nearby salmon creek.
