Highland Village, Phase 2
AFC constructed three base buildings covering 14,000 ft2 ready for a restaurant, bank and medical clinic tenant improvements. Work included attractive west coast timber elements, extensive rain screens and landscaping.
In addition to construction quality, time was of the essence at Highland Village. AFC was able to meet the client's tight timeframe and get the buildings generating revenue quickly.
