No effect on operations and sales was the mantra of this retrofit and renovation. To enable this, AFC enacted a 24/7 schedule over 40 days using back to back to back shifts for the duration of the project, while keeping all departments of the store open to the public. In the end, AFC completed a complete upgrade to the interior and exterior of the building, including installation of a new Starbucks store, a new Deli facility, as well as all new fixtures and refrigeration equipment.
