Spirit Square

This project was a rehabilitation and improvement to an existing municipal waterfront market place. The purpose for the project was to create a centre for local producers, crafts people, farmers, to hold markets. A challenging project due to the existing building conditions and services. It required designers and builders to adapt and be resourceful to accommodate unknown conditions encountered.
