Proactive and detailed communication an important part of this project’s success
Initially hired to construct the base building for TD Canada Trust’s new branch located in the Highland Village Shopping Centre, AFC was pleased to continue work on the bank’s tenant improvement project.
A demanding timeline and strict specifications normally associated with building constructed for a bank were just two of the challenges AFC overcame to deliver this important project.
Work was completed on time and on budget. Equally important was the proactive and detailed communication provided by AFC Construction, keeping the Vancouver-based managers informed and comfortable with the project’s progress.
It was a pleasure working with the Project Manager and site superintendents that were assigned to our building. Their professionalism and attention to detail were appreciated especially as we were managing this project from Vancouver. Time and budget constraints were managed well, and documentation was handled efficiently. Extras were minimal and pricing fair. We look forward to working with them again in the near future.
