AFC Construction is a privately owned company, operating out of Courtenay, BC and serving the Comox Valley & Vancouver Island. Our services include project management, construction management and general contracting to various private, public, and government clients. Our projects range from commercial, industrial,institutional, single family to family.

We have a team of experienced, trained individuals from trades people to professional staff. We have consistent values and excellent communication skills that carry through the project from start to finish.

We work with owners, architects, and engineers as partners in achieving the goals of the building project. Ensuring that your project is managed well is of the most importance at every stage of the project. We have well formatted reporting systems to suit your needs and we operate with up-to-date management systems and models to provide accurate reporting through out the progress of the project.

A strong supporter of community and industry networking, AFC is a member of the Canadian Green Building Council, Victoria Construction Association, Vancouver Island Construction Association, and is licensed with the Home Protection Office.
