AFC’s Award-Winning Home

A light-industrial and commercial development for progressive construction

This eight-unit strata title development was a very personal project; AFC’s head office is located here. The development includes two buildings, each with warehouse and office facilities. A wide road loops around the building allowing trucks to deliver product to each warehouse. Storm water management was a key feature with the development close to Piercy Creek.

AFC envisioned and built this light-industrial and commercial development as a central hub for progressive construction.

In addition to AFC’s offices, the complex is filled with many complimentary businesses, including an architectural designer, civil engineer and mechanical contractor.

The development’s big timber elements create a west coast feel and keep AFC connected to the primary element of many of its projects – quality timber.
