A Beach House designed for entertaining

This Hornby Island residence is located on a beachfront setting and was designed around high –

quality living and entertaining. A 45 ft. wide sliding door system spanning the main floor opens

the living area directly to the ocean -side patio, effectively doubling the entertaining space during

the summer months.

Large window and door openings, together with five separate flat mass of the home while requiring complex steel and wood structural integrity and achieve the architectural design.

The no -drywall, no -trim interior showcases a high level of finish carpentry and craftsmanship,

blending five different wood species across walls, floors, ceilings, cabinetry, concealed doors, and

custom open stairs.

The completed residence reflects AFC’s hands-on approach to custom residential construction,

where careful planning, quality workmanship, and attention to detail were central to result .
